A collaborative SaaS tool for simple planning and UX design of mobile applications.


Challenge
Creating a strong brand that would differentiate Aaply from corporate competitors: Figma, Sketch, Adobe.


Positioning &
Naming
We carefully design user journeys in mobile apps.
We create a builder with ready-made blocks and well-defined flows that users can easily customize.
We make complex UX flows simple and clear for all collaborators — both external clients and internal teams.
Aaply — a name born from App (the product’s core) and Apply (the intended action).


Human-centred Marketing
Our marketing strategy was based on two key points:
• Emphasizing the tool’s collaborative nature
• Operating with no advertising budget
Promotion focused on X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and Reddit, while we also worked on SEO and educational content, gradually building up the blog.
The main recurring campaigns used to attract experts and micro-influencers were:
• Build in Public reports to raise visibility among startups
• Thoughts on Design — interviews with UX design influencers
• Growth and promotion of the founder’s accounts


Results
The product was launched in time, with coverage across all available marketing channels.
